I joined CareWise as Head of Operations and I can honestly say that speed of decision-making and real impact on the product are valued here. The team is growing, but it is already very strong in terms of skills, and any issue can be resolved without unnecessary bureaucracy. Here, independence and responsibility are expected: no one will micromanage, proactivity and influence on metrics are valued. If there is an initiative, it is quickly supported - you can push your ideas into the product, processes, approach to customers.
